We hope you are happy with your Infrared Unit purchase from us. And although you’ll probably never need it, our warranty is there for your peace of mind, just in case.

If for any reason you are not happy with your sauna, you can return it to us within 30-days for a refund. All you need to do is package up the sauna securely, then arrange for a trackable courier method to avoid any loss or damage.

Please ensure items are in a re-sellable condition with no damage.
Please ensure you mark the outside of your parcel clearly with your name and order number.
The cost of return shipping is down to you the buyer, the exception to this is if the product is faulty. If the item is faulty in any way please inform us before you return the item with photos attached.
